How much of the power excerted by a person over others is given to them by those "above" them and how much is given by those "under" them, & what is it that drives us to repeatedly give power to people who then use it against us. The power we percieve as invested in others is frequently at odds with the power we give to them, ... how do I reconcile the difference between my experience and my belief ?
